Summer Camp 2012 Registration

Fee Schedule:

Woodsman Camps and Ranger Challenge Camp: $350 per session.
($60 non-refundable deposit for each session required with reservation)

Register: Fill out the Registration Form below and click on the “Submit” button.

Send Deposit: You can send us your $60 deposit or the full amount by mail or by clicking on the appropriate “Add to Cart” buttons below (Credit cards and Paypal accepted). Note: The deposit reduces the balance due by $60.

We must have your deposit to reserve space for you.

Complete Forms: Print, fill out and mail the Medical Release Form to us. This form should arrive at CWR offices at least one week before the camp session your son will be attending.

Get a Discount!

  • Early Bird Special! – Register before March 1st and receive a $40 discount!

  • Spring Break Special! – Register before April 6th and receive a $30 discount!

  • “Refer a Friend” Special – (April 6th–June 1st ) Bring a friend and you both receive a $25 discount!

  • Ministry Discount: $40 off the regular $350 for sons of pastors, church clergy or paid staff, missionaries parents or grandparents (no cutoff date).

Note: Discounts will be applied to the balance due. They should not be deducted from the deposit amount.

FAQ: The “List of Items to Bring To Camp” and “Summer Camp Check In/Check Out Schedule” should answer all questions that you may have about your upcoming camping experience.

    but roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.
    Roomates must be in the same age group (ages 7-9 or 10-13).
