Dear CWR Family,

Incredible news! More than 20 campers came to know Jesus Christ during a camp this summer. Praise God!!!

Feedback from Summer Campers:

I thank the Lord for giving me the best week of summer camp, it was so much fun I made so many new friends and I can’t wait to go back to Camp Wilderness Ridge next summer.

Thanks everyone at Wilderness Ridge for this wonderful and pleasant surprise. I can’t wait for summer so I can head back to camp. I want everyone at camp to know that going to camp for the first time was the best decision of my life. Every time I go I learn new ways to spread and share the Word of the Lord. Camp was and still is a life changing experience and I want to thank everyone for taking time out of their summer to teach me and all my fellow campers about Christ. I hope all of ya’ll know how greatful I am for that. Everyone at camp is always very nice. Thank all of ya’ll for everything that ya’ll have done for me!

The class will meet every other Wednesday through April 2015. Normal class times will be 9am to 3:30pm. The next class is October 8th. The price is $700 for the 16 weeks of classes and a wrap-up Father/Son campout weekend May 1-3, 2015. Details at: wildernessridge.com/owl.

Rebuild on original site of CWR update…

The final construction phase is an internal structure for a serving kitchen, general storage area, restrooms, and showers. We want to fund this final phase with gifts from CWR friends. Over 56% of the funds are in… another $11,640 is needed to complete it. Please be a part of this historical event-make a donation… no gift is too small! 2014-2015 Apprenticeship

Daniel “Chef” Benoit, is now serving as a CWR Apprentice through August 2015. Our desire is to give him an understanding of ministry-business and a biblical work ethic, as seen in Colossians 3:23 – Integrity, servant-leader, time management, staying on task, project management, and time management.

Brock has been waiting for the day to become eligible to serve at CWR since the first year he attended (7 years old!!!) I am so pleased that the interest never went away and that he enjoys it there so much. It really says a lot about the camp. It is great to have such great role models for Brock. Not only as male role models, but as servants of God!!! I am happy to support all the time he can give back to CWR.
